Born and raised in China, Kyra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Groundwater Engineering, followed by a Master’s in International Business and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership.
With a background of development history in China and US, Kyra launched her brokerage career in 2020. Specializing in Multifamily, Retail, Investment Sales, and Development, she combines market expertise with transparency to deliver exceptional results for her clients.

Wallace is a native of the Atlanta area for over 30 years and for that time has been developing and cultivating relationships across the Southeast as a Top Producer. The Multi-family space is Wallace’s area of expertise where he has brokered multi-million dollar deals and always approaches each deal as chance to begin a new life-long relationship that he intends to lead to success for all parties involved. Wallace’s tenacity along with his ability to genuinely connect with people has led to his success.
One contributor of this success, Wallace believes, is his years of Martial Arts training (Muay Thai) and body building as these require mental toughness and discipline, but more than that Wallace is driven by his desire to leave behind a legacy for his two young boys.

Born and raised in Columbus, GA, Roman Cottle began his career in commercial real estate at an early age, gaining hands-on experience as a retail developer within his family’s business. With a strong foundation in acquisition, development, and leasing for retail and office properties, he transitioned into brokerage with deep industry expertise.
In 2020, Roman became a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent and quickly established himself as a top performer, closing over $10M in transactions within his first 10 months.
Specializing in Retail, Multifamily, Office, Land, and Development, Roman combines entrepreneurial vision with disciplined execution to help investors, developers, and business owners achieve their real estate goals.
Rick Carpenter

Rick Carpenter began his real estate career in 2002 and has spent more than two decades helping clients buy, sell, and invest in property across the Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Alabama region.
His experience includes residential homes, land, and investment property, giving his clients a well-rounded understanding of the local market.
Rick also served for several years in a leadership role at one of the area’s top real estate brokerages. During his tenure, the company grew to become the number one brokerage in the Columbus and Phenix City markets.
Today, Rick is focused fully on serving his clients by providing honest advice, clear communication, and steady guidance throughout the real estate process.
